Overall a very good service, however I had booked in to receive my car at 4:30 pm and had to wait until around 5pm before I was seen too on my delivery day.

The team at Vertu, Durham were brilliant from start to finish. Kept me informed at every step. Very easy to get along with. I initially spoke to Kieran who helped me with the order, then Nick Jemison, who was excellent, and Will helped with a query.

Like I said everybody spot on at Durham lot better than Sunderland branch but still makes me think when you have a warranty and you say something happened and the service person say £150+vat make me think is it worth going to main dealer+warranty

The vehicle given as a courtesy car was the new 5 series hybrid. A very good car. But not an X5. Prior to my first X5 I had jaguars for 16 year's, the last three vehicles were the XJ. Jaguar insisted any courtesy car was an XJ, and even hired one.

Rebecca was great, very helpful and did everything she could do help. Unfortunately, when my car was in the workshop the footwell mat ended up with oil stains on. I know accidents happen, but obviously this has ruined the mat now.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Only concern was attempt to charge for diagnostics to identify a problem. When I opted not to pay for diagnostics, the issue was identified and fixed anyway so I assume I'd have been charged for no reason.

I have given this rating because the prices are not justified, My M2 was in for a Running in service at 1200 mile,to the cost of £416,i mean lets be realistic,after 1200 mile the car needs nothing,and no engine oil comes to that cost,its ridiculous.
