I brought the car in on the appointed date and was given a courtesy car. The workshop called me when the car was ready. The staff in all cases were friendly and helpful, it was a smooth operation, no problems at all.

Overall a great customer experience. Rebecca was excellent providing a personal point of contact and regular updates about the progress of my vehicle's diagnostics. Only reason for one star dropped is the vehicle fault reported was not solved.

The vehicle given as a courtesy car was the new 5 series hybrid. A very good car. But not an X5. Prior to my first X5 I had jaguars for 16 year's, the last three vehicles were the XJ. Jaguar insisted any courtesy car was an XJ, and even hired one.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Only concern was attempt to charge for diagnostics to identify a problem. When I opted not to pay for diagnostics, the issue was identified and fixed anyway so I assume I'd have been charged for no reason.

I have given this rating because the prices are not justified, My M2 was in for a Running in service at 1200 mile,to the cost of £416,i mean lets be realistic,after 1200 mile the car needs nothing,and no engine oil comes to that cost,its ridiculous.
